4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at ok93: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ok93 is not responsible for any delay in processing a deposit — if the delay is caused by a mobile banking provider, please contact that provider directly.

• All deposited funds must come from your own registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The balance will be credited only after the deposit transaction is approved.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. ok93 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• If fraud or unusual gaming patterns are detected, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ok93 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Deposits of ৳22,000 or more receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit after the bonus is accepted.
• Some games may contribute at a different rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering calculations.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Programme

ok93 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Higher tiers can be reached through regular active play. ok93 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and rates.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on ok93 are operated according to specific rules. In any dispute regarding a game result, ok93's server logs will be considered final.

• If a game cannot be completed due to a technical fault, it will be treated as void and the stake will be refunded.
• If a game stops mid-way due to an internet disconnection, please contact ok93 support.
• Logging into the same account from multiple devices at the same time may be prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities
